Terms of Service

Using Merge & Update

Codeprint provides Merge & Update for Google Sheets™. By using the add-on, you agree to these terms. You must have permission to access and modify the files you select and comply with applicable law and Google’s terms.

Review and backups

You choose the matching keys, mapped columns, and destination. Review the change counts and sample before confirming a manual merge. The sample is not a view of every output row. Scheduling a workflow authorizes later runs using its saved configuration. Keep backups and check results before relying on them. The optional backup feature is not a substitute for your own backup practices.

Trial and paid plans

The product offers a 14-day full-feature trial without a payment card. Pro costs USD

9.99 per year or $3.99 per month per user, plus applicable tax. A paid subscription covers this product across that user’s spreadsheets, not other add-ons.

Paid plans become available when checkout is enabled. If you purchase a subscription, Stripe Managed Payments handles checkout. Review the amount, billing interval, renewal terms, and applicable payment terms before paying. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can request cancellation through the billing controls or contact jacob@codeprint.io. Removing the add-on or revoking Google access does not cancel billing.

Contact support about billing errors or refund requests. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain in effect; these terms do not remove rights that cannot be waived.

Limits and availability

Google Apps Script quotas and runtime limits apply. The app also limits input/output size, lookup count, and saved configurations. The current limits include 30 workflows, 10 schedules, and up to 12 lookup tables per workflow. Large jobs may need smaller ranges. Google may delay scheduled runs; failed schedules pause for inspection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or unlimited processing.

Data and account access

The Privacy Policy explains Google permissions, spreadsheet processing, and account information. Keep your Google account secure. Trial or subscription expiry prevents new merges and scheduled runs; saved settings remain available subject to your Google account and storage controls.

Service changes and responsibility

We may update the service or suspend access for abuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without a guarantee that it is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
